This manual has been prepared by the PyeongChang Organizing Committee for the 2018 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (PyeongChang 2018) to assist your Paralympic Family organisation to prepare and complete the accreditation process for your delegation. All Paralympic Family organisations participating in the PyeongChang 2018 Paralympic Winter Games must complete the accreditation process to obtain Paralympic identity and accreditation cards (PIACs) for their delegation members. This manual is for the following organisations: International Paralympic Committee and related organisations, Host Organising Committee and its domestic dignitaries, Future Organising Committee and Observers, National Partners, Official Candidate Cities and Paralympic Partners.
