This document presents the principles of the contract between the IOC, the city of Paris (Host City) and the Comité National Olympique et Sportif Français (Host NOC) for the organisation of the 2024 Summer Olympic Games. This version of the "Host city contract - Principles", was published after the 13th of September 2017, when Paris was elected to host the Games in 2024.
